During my visit, the employee called my wife and my 14-year-old daughter without first explaining why or asking for my permission. When I questioned this, I was told I “looked like a scammer” and was insulted with inappropriate language. Regardless of the reason for any verification, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope Cricket investigates this matter and improves the customer experience at this location.
