It takes 4x that long sometimes just to see a person at other carrier locations. Skylar deserves a raise. He holds this store down and provides excellent customer service. I see you Cricket and gave you my money. Now help your employee Skylar out! Customer service like this is hard to come by these days.

Called the store manager said not his problem call the 1800 number. I went to ther cricket sent me back to him and same thing " I wish I can do more, but I dont know why your payment didnt post" like really? I paid you cash and have proof of the receipt. Does not make any sense and didnt help didnt refund my money. Horrible service.
