Even with reading off the confirmations from my bank of the charge. No where was I advised prior to paying that I would be required to pay double. Then be told sometime in an week it will fall off. We'll that will be the last time I order from Best buy
- JSJen SantosApr 26, 20261.0Worst Best Buy customer service from a manager. Short blond girl in her 40’s was so unhelpful when I went in last Thursday afternoon to see if I could return a computer. I didn’t know how to wipe it back to factory settings so the manager with the blond hair tells me to have the Geek Squad do it. I walk over and the Geek Squad said it can take hours to do that and they want to charge me money for it when I’m just trying to return the computer. This manager was seen flirting with much younger men she managed very inappropriately and then skipping happily around the store. Fire this blond manger. She’s terrible. I bet if you asked any of the staff there, they would agree with me. She’s horrible and waaaaaay more into herself than helping anyone.
