- IFIsaac FloresSep 19, 20265.0Got my doggo in quick. Last minute. Staff were nice and they handled my dog with care. The vet knew wassup, showed genuine concern, you can tell these people love animals. My doggo didn't fuss too much either, cuz he usually wants to kill everybody... but he's only 10 lbs when he's wearing wet boots.
- LHLady HawksterSep 15, 20265.0The people that work here are fantastic! They really cared about my dogs. I've had two that have been euthanized in less than a year. Both were elders in dog years. This clinic wasn't my regular vet, but you would never have known that from the way they treated us. Afterwards when we picked up the ashes we were given a condolence card that had signatures with words of support and kindness. Our vet that we had been going to for years, a condolence card with impersonal printed "all of us" signature. It was sad that our dogs had gone there for so long and even had major surgeries there and then were just business to them. My advice, take your loved pets to VCA in Keizer. 🐾💕
- BNBelinda NealeSep 9, 20265.0Staff was very caring. Dr. Matt took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my dog Chichi
- AHaddison hayesAug 24, 20265.0We just brought our kitten in for excessive itching around his ears and eyes and the staff were able to get us in right away after we called, the interactions were just amazing and the staff were more than helpful, he had a pretty bad ear infection and I felt terrible for not bringing him in sooner and they were so kind and reassuring. They were working as fast as they could while being busy but they made sure we understood everything!
- PPPamelaAug 19, 20261.0I will never take any of my cats to them again, they wouldn't do anything for my 10 year old cat that wasn't able to use her hinde legs to move unless I had over $2500.00. They said there wasn't anything they could do for her that I needed to take her back home with me. Since I couldn't take her home to suffer they were more than happy to euthanize her instead of helping her. Even that cost me almost $500.00 and we had to fill out a promise to pay note for them to even do that. A few weeks before she wasn't able to move anymore and after she was euthanized.
