I would not recommend this clinic based on our recent experience. We brought in a 6-day-old kitten that was in critical condition. When we arrived, we were not greeted and had to walk toward the back of the office to get someone's attention. A technician took the kitten and asked us to wait in the lobby before bringing us to an exam room. The most frustrating part of the visit was the conflicting information we received. The technician asked what measures we would be willing to take to help the kitten recover. We explained that we were unsure because we believed the kitten may have already passed away. The technician responded that the kitten was "definitely alive." We specifically requested to speak with the veterinarian before authorizing any treatment because we were concerned the kitten was already deceased. A short time later, the veterinarian entered the room and told us the kitten did not have a heartbeat and that the prognosis was very poor. The veterinarian then left to place the kitten on a monitor to confirm. After a few minutes, she returned and informed us that the kitten was nonviable. As pet owners, this was confusing and upsetting. Within minutes, we went from being told the kitten was definitely alive to being told it had no heartbeat and could not survive. The communication between staff members appeared inconsistent, and it left us questioning what information was accurate. To make matters worse, we were charged $239 and were not given a clear explanation of the charges at the time. When we reviewed the invoice afterward, it included charges for activation of triage and initiating oxygen therapy. This was especially concerning because we had specifically asked to speak with the veterinarian before authorizing any treatment or interventions. We did not knowingly authorize oxygen therapy or other treatments before receiving the veterinarian's assessment, which ultimately confirmed that the kitten had no heartbeat and was nonviable. We were then handed our kitten in a box and sent home to explain the loss to our young children and arrange a burial. Losing an animal is difficult enough. During situations like this, clear communication, transparency regarding treatment and costs, and compassion are essential. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in all of those areas.

Today my wife and I brought in a 6 day old kitten that was struggling to breathe in to this clinic. We were not greeted by any one and had to walk to the back just to get helped as the gentlemen at the front desk looked like he couldn’t be bothered by our presence. By the time we got there he had not been breathing for a bit and asked them to take a look and see if there was anything that could be done. They took the kitten in the back and asked us to wait in the waiting-room. A tech came out and asked us to the back room. We waited in the room until she came back and asked us what we were willing to do for recovery measures. We wanted to ask the doctor as we were skeptical as we thought the kitten had since passed. The tech told us he was definitely alive and would get the doctor. The doctor then came in and said it is not good and there is no heartbeat. Which confused us as the tech had just been in the room and asked us what we wanted to do to save him and told us he was alive. Doctor then left and said she would come back. She returned and said he was gone and asked what we wanted to do with him. As we have young children we figured they wanted to be part of the process so we asked to take him home. They then came in and gave us a bill for $239.00. Gave the kitten to us in a box and sent us on our way. I am disappointed in this as their team gave us false hope that the kitten could be saved and then the doctor said it was already gone. Not to mention the waves of emotion and hope that we were given on top of the bill for service? I was confused as to what service they actually provided. We paid the bill and left. I would not recommend this vet if you are looking to have an honest clear view of what is going on with your pet. All though we only had him for 6 days we had grown attached and had a great forever home waiting for him. Disappointed in the charges and heartbroken in our loss. I would give lower than a 1 star but there is no option to do so. .

I had to bring my cat in after being attacked. He unfortunately didn't make it and we had to help him pass. They told us to pull around back and they would get him ready to come home. I had wondered what took them so long to bring him out. About a week later I received paw and nose prints and a card that the staff members all signed, in the mail. I couldn't believe how kind it was of them to take the time to do this. This has been an incredibly hard time for me and I'm super grateful they did this for us.

This place was the ONLY place that would take in my cat, who had been attacked by 2 pits and was in seriously critical condition, without me having to pay anything up front. Another vet, I won't name names, took him in, but wouldn't do anything for him NOR give him back until i paid $50! I did end up taking him anyways, but also paid soon afterwards. The situation was just very time sensitive! He ended up passing due to the trauma...:( But I still am very grateful for their effort
