  Went in to get a new phone. Was not greeted or acknowledged. Waited 15-20 minutes listening to an employee discuss how he wanted to get mechanic work done on his mother's car by the customer he was helping. During this time they were waiting for information to transfer to the customers phone. The employee never once asked what I needed or offered to answer any questions I had. I left after realizing his conversation was never going to end. He needs to learn customer service skills. Total waste of time!

  I would give "0" stars if this allowed. Service and product selection is very poor. The staff spends more time treating the store like a lunchroom cafeteria where they stand around and gossip then actually providing decent service. There is a very high turnover of employees. Very seldom will you see the same sales associate twice. The management is terrible. Customer service is horrible. I'd suggest going to one of the smaller stores. The sales associates only get commission on up-sells (i.e. accessories). So they try to accessorize you to death.
