  Went in to Chicket to transfer my phone service and was met by Dulce, who was fabulous in helping me get my new phone and set up. Dulce was a pleasure to work with and hope to keep doing business with her at Cricket.

  Jessica treated my participant who has special needs today and was so kind and patient with him. Often times people in our communities treat my guys badly and this was not the case today. Jessica at the Hillsboro location was fantastic thank you so much

  Javier was really kind, he helped me contact my previous carrier after so many attempts they didn't want to provide me the transfer pin. Javier called my previous company and got all that infotmation for me. Thank you again Javier best customer service and so patient with everyone.

  Had the most elite customer service experience at the Hillsboro Cricket store with Javier and Johan both...they were patient...sincerely kind...extremely knowledgeable about their jobs...went above and beyond for us...Cust.Srvc. seems to be slowly fading...just not as important as it was when I was a lot younger 40+years ago... I recently went through a horrid experience with my prior phone company...that resulted with me totally disconnected from the world for weeks. We all pretty much rely on phone & internet these days...so it was very debilitating. They made outrageous changes to my account resulting in hundreds of dollars owing without my consent AND without my knowledge. They lied to me...made me gather information (paperwork) I found out later i didn't need to gather just to speak with a manager face to face...prolonging my service interruption. They were inconsistent...hard to understand as their CS dept. isn't even in America...they'd keep me on hold while passing me around from one dept. to the next...once I was on the phone with them for 3 hrs and 44 min.! They had me in tears... and a manager laughed at me...and that was it...I had had it...!! Cut my communications during a time I needed to be able to communicate with important people the most...may have even cost me my home... Anyway...I was giving up dealing with the phones...was going to let my boyfriend handle it from now on...but...Javier and Johan singlehandedly were able to restore my faith that good customer service is a priority.! COMPLETE opposite from what I experienced with my prior phone company.! I had to visit the Cricket store twice...and both times they were amazing...even remembered I have a hard time with the tall chairs and went to the back and got me a regular shorter one. The store was very clean...I even witnessed Johan outside scrubbing the windows when no one else was there. They were even awesome with other customers...I was there a while both times... and both times a couple of people came in with unreasonable demands and questions...asking for free items...grown people acting very childish...and both handled those customers with such professionalism...was able to de-escalate the situations and turn it around and made 2 new customers...I was blown away...!! They treated us all like people with real feelings...not trying to rush us out the door...really nice guys...really genuine...I will not go anywhere else.! I hope all Cricket stores have employees like Javier and Johan...highly recommend...!!
