  Johan Hong is an Excellent manager at the Hillsboro 9th Street location. He goes above and beyond and is very patient and kind in taking the time with his customer service skills. He has helped my friend Mike over and over so many times because he is not technically inclined. I have also watched him with other customers when things are confusing to them. And he is patient explaining issues with them. He is superior and is very understanding with the elderly who have a hard time getting it. I not only give him a five star. But I believe he earns a super 10 star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

  Phone is entirely too complicated and never functions properly!!!! It's been my worst recent decision to buy a new phone. So many stupid questions and "account profile updates" I literally told the sales person I want the most basic phone and it doesn't work! They also could care less when I call them. Really just out for an easy pay check I hate that I was stupid enough to purchase this phone.

  I’ve sat in this store for over an hour and watched the store staff allow 3 people to walk in after I’ve been here and told me they have been here for a long time. There isn’t any white privileged people in this building. I do not speak Latina or Spanish. But to see people in a parking lot buying birds then being allowed to come into the building and surpassing the line…? Kinda bs
