Johan is absolute perfection! He was incredible in helping me resolve a technical issue that had been dragging on for three days. I highly recommend this Cricket location, and I’m sure the rest of the team is just as skilled and dedicated as Johan. Thank you, Johan.

I recently bought a new phone and came in a bit late and Jessica even helped me a little bit after they had closed! Super amazing she was so sweet about it and was understanding!

I've been in this store quite a few times since it's opened YEARS AGO. They've been amazing everytime. A big shout out to Javier for helping me with my most recent transaction and helping me get THE BEST deals. Thanks so much for everything.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but this experience genuinely deserves recognition. I walked in just 3 minutes before closing, and I honestly expected to be told it was too late to help me. Instead, Javier welcomed me in, was incredibly patient, and took the time to make sure I got the phone and service that was right for me. What stood out most was his attitude. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or that he was trying to rush me out because the store was closing. He remained professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. Customer service like this is rare, especially at the end of the day. His patience and professionalism made a lasting impression on me, and I hope management recognizes what a valuable employee they have. He represents the company extremely well and is exactly the kind of person who makes customers want to come back. Thank you for going above and beyond when you could have easily taken the opposite approach. Outstanding service!

I had a great experience here! Javier was super helpful and made the process of getting my iPad connected super easy. He was very knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before I left. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
