    I just got visible plus Pro SIM for $10 off for a whole year 35 bucks a month unlimited hotspot!!!! I got to tell you hard to beat that deal if you don't like being throttled they're kind of slow for the hot spot but the very phone with a Sim on it is very fast the hotspot is throttled at 15 Mbps. But that's it and it works well enough for a trucker or someone in an RV traveling can't beat it best deal in the house!!!

    All promises and no delivery. Paid for the product 200.00 it was out of stock but sales person said it would be delivered to my residence the next day. Received a text that delivery picked up my purchased product and would be delivered by 8:00 pm. Never showed up. Sam A silver KIA sportage .

    I was a huge fan, even a credit card holder, but will no longer support the business. I had an accidental protection warranty guaranteeing free replacement on a controller that had a button stop working. Instead of replacing, they would only provide a refund since it was purchased on sale, and I was told the warranty would not transfer for the remaining term. To make the issue worse, I couldn't escalate the issue since all calls go to an out of county support center that claims they cannot reach management in stores. Companies like Best Buy have nothing over online retailers if they do not provide good service to their loyal customers. Hopefully they resolve their issues before they join the other companies that made similar mistakes over the years and become another place we tell our children stories about as they are only a past memory.

    No more. Wanted to exchange a laptop for a faulty bluetooth chip. Would not do it since it was outside of the 2 week window of time (in which I did ABA swaps on all peripheral units to determine root cause) ... Now, I am going directly to the manufacturer who is open to an RMA and exchange without question. If you want to be of service to your customer, maybe provide a *service*! Forget about it. BTW, you can buy all their stuff directly from the manufacturer on their website! Many times for less $ and the manufacturer is actually interested in keeping their customers happy .... so, go window shop and spend your $ elsewhere.

    My family and I LOVE Pokémon!! We have been in the Pokémon collecting for years! It is the one thing that we still can connect with our almost teenage kids. Today, we took a chance to hit up the Gresham store! We got lucky! I was with my husband and son. They were able to sell us 3 as we were told “ONE PER PERSON” When we got home, my daughter was sad as she wasn’t with us. I told her that we can try to go back and see if there is still any left after dinner and we can get one for her. She had decided to hold off on dinner as she was afraid of them selling out as that is normal! So I asked my husband to take my daughter back and test her luck. They took a long time… when they got back, they had shared that the employees made them waited for about 20 minutes and then proceeded to tell her it’s “ONE PER HOUSEHOLD” so they can’t sell her any! What in the world?! They weren’t sold out, they just simply changed their minds and now won’t sell one to my daughter?! They made her stand there for about 20 minutes and the employees went to the back room… discussed with each other to make the decision… why?! Whats the reason? To make a 13 year old child stand there and decline her is just heartbreaking. This store NEEDS HELP IN MANAGEMENT!
