  We traveled across country and discovered my son’s laptop screen got cracked. We went into replace the screen, but found out it would be cheaper to buy a refurbished one for less money. Thank you to the employee for their honesty. Nice store, friendly employees, and honestly first class

  Impossible to contact store directly with this ai operator I get when calling. Have been waiting a week for a repair that was supposed to take 2 days to get the part in. No communication.

  Not sure how this place is still in business. Never have anything in stock. Never any employees around to help and if there is they're either very rude or they say they will help you then they ignore you. High prices and long lead times. Low quality products. No idea what their mission or vision is anymore. They're a waste now days.

  Every time I try and get help on the phone I get directed overseas. They keep telling me that I have to bring it to the store that they can't help me. I want to talk to somebody in this store. I signed up for the gold member and I don't get anything! This is getting ridiculous.

  I can’t say enough good things about Evan and Gabe at the Geek Squad in Bend! I had been trying to troubleshoot and fix my PC for weeks back in September with no luck. Fast forward to last week, I bought my daughter an Xbox Ally for her birthday, and the cashier recommended the Total Membership. He mentioned it would protect the device and even cover repairs for items not purchased there—including my custom-built PC. So I decided to bring my PC in that Friday, and after the Easter weekend, they called me Monday with a clear diagnosis: my motherboard had gone bad. What really stood out throughout the entire process was the communication. they consistently called me with real updates, which is rare these days. I ordered a new motherboard, brought it in, and Evan and Gabe handled the replacement flawlessly. Again, they kept me updated every step of the way. Their professionalism, knowledge, and respect for my custom build were top-tier. The cable management they did was clean and showed they truly care about their work. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Evan and Gabe absolutely know what they’re doing, and they’ve earned my full respect. The entire repair ended up being completely free thanks to the Total Membership, which made the experience even better.
