- LHLorie Hinrichs1 day ago1.0I have a laptop dropped off for diagnostics and repairs .. it was a complete disaster. It has been there for over two months and still haven’t received a single message back. I have tried to call the store and was transferred to the call center, repeatedly. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. I would give them a negative -5 review if it was possible.

He kept insisting on the $5000 speaker system and finally backed off after the 8th try. The Frame TV sounds good but has endless lags and power down problems. We have 2 Sony Bravias which operate flawlessly so it’s not the WiFi. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. I don’t have any social media accounts which means I can’t interface with anyone from the business to give specifics. You can reach out to me…you have my contact information.
