They were able to resolve the issue I had with transferring my number from a previous phone to a new one easily, but it did cost me $10 to get a new eSim for my new device I simply wanted to transfer existing service to, which wasn't explained anywhere in the Cricket app or online. My only complaint is that AT&T seems to be taking a more active role in the Cricket Operations (since they resell AT&T cellular bandwidth) and when interacting with the people inside, there were a lot of attempts to sell me additional AT&T services I didn't really need.

She answered all my questions and even was able to transfer in the watch I wanted quick! Val and Julie helped my through the whole set up process so I was able to walk out ready to go, they truly are so patient and great at their job! Thanks ladies!

The system froze after taking payment from my bank and Julihad to call both Bread pay AND Cricket help desk SEVERAL times before finally getting things corrected. She never lost her patience, I never witnessed an eye roll and she just kept reassuring me everything would work out. All if this while helping other customers. She was really great and deserves a raise
