  You know this reflects nothing on this kiosk I just want to say why would you not offer people a good upgrade price they stay with your company but offer new coming people brand new free phones and screw all your loyal customers this company cricket has a bad business motto they're very self-bent and waste your time on phone calls and then talk to you like they're doing you a bunch of favors when they're only doing their job if they don't like what I have to say they can get a hold of me but as far as I'm concerned this company is a trash company and I'll be switching soon. I'm confused man even Wingstop gets it loyalty should be rewarded why doesn't this company.
