I went to pick up a phone for my mom, since she's in my phone plan and the only two employees kept talking with there customers, about things that had nothing to do with buying a phone. When you come to this store, be ready to wait until there done chatting!

You know this reflects nothing on this kiosk I just want to say why would you not offer people a good upgrade price they stay with your company but offer new coming people brand new free phones and screw all your loyal customers this company cricket has a bad business motto they're very self-bent and waste your time on phone calls and then talk to you like they're doing you a bunch of favors when they're only doing their job if they don't like what I have to say they can get a hold of me but as far as I'm concerned this company is a trash company and I'll be switching soon. I'm confused man even Wingstop gets it loyalty should be rewarded why doesn't this company.

Xavier was very helpful and friendly. Didn't try to oversell and made good suggestions and was knowledgeable about his products.
