Loved this place for a long time, 3 years renewals, but at 5pm on 5/15, this young lady was way too worried about questioning me than helping me. Not a single late payment but asking what was due. The interrogation made me feel like I was criminal.

Went for a tittle loan, those are supposed to be the easiest loan you can get because your car is collateral! Called up there with some information relevant to my application and the lady the answered the phone was not the lady I had already been navigating the application process and she was quick to tell me she is the manager and she makes the decisions!!! I'm sorry I already felt like I was personally being handled by a professional that works there! Not some rude lady who barks to make it known she's the manager and she makes the decisions!

Went in for a title loan, and the manager there, denied me the first time because she said my starter sounded bad, somehow she came to that conclusion without even LOOKING at my car, so I went to get my starter tested, my starter is fine. So I called them and said it wasn't bad and that I had a print out from AutoZone saying it was good. So then, they called me back, and said my car wasn't in good enough condition for the loan. Without even INSPECTING my car. The two front ladies were fine. The manager denied me twice, and never actually set foot off of her chair. Apparently she has some kind of mythical powers to boldly claim a starter "sounds bad" and after I get it tested, denied me again without any actual specific reason. She was very dismissive
And kinda rude honestly.

I work over nights. My biological mother seems to have taken a loan out from these discourteous, unprofessional, purveyors of ill attitude. They keep calling me and waking me up during my sleep hours. I finally got sick of it and called back. She asked my name I told her, explained I have nothing to do with whatever business they have gotten themselves involved with with her, and please stop calling me as I did not consent to having my information shared. She rudely stated "Have a better day." And hung up on me.
1. My bio is sketchy as hell. If you guys seriously gave her money, that was stupid on your part as you wont be getting it back, trust me.
2. I have been in customer service for 18 years and it has been a long time since I was treated with such non chalant rudeness. Honestly its impressive
3. They never even asked for my mother's name so I have a feeling tomorrow at roughly 330pm ill be getting another call. This time ill be prepared to be juevenile back. Two can play this game. I dont have any business with you, nor will I ever. Go ahead, keep calling. You've established the tone for this interaction. I will continue to act like a rabid caveman with no home skills since that it seems is what we are doing....
