  Great staff amazing service. Daniela was amazing and so was Consuelo. They not only helped me get a phone that I love, but they saved my precious memories off of my old phone before I lost them! Thank you both so much!

  I happen to be sitting in the parking lot waiting for my daughter to get off work at a restaurant near cricket and one of the employees from cricket walked an older customer that was in her store to her car and helped her get into her car. I didn't want this to go unoticed.

  This review is about the clerk. Rosario M.. I bought a new phone last week and after looking at my account she used the higher cost plan so I didnt get the multi line discount. She also added insurance that I said I didnt want. Over all she over charged me $50 from what I wanted. I just spent an hour on the phone with a rep (after an hour on hold) to fix the issues. Luckily the rep on the phone was great and I get a credit for the over charge. She also filed a complaint against this clerk. I will be filing on after this and wanted to write this review to warn people. The store itself is just like any other store.
