Would give no stars if I could Just switch to cricket a few months ago was so excited. Loved it. Got new iPhone 13s purchase them flat out you know cool great doing what I had to do got four lines all had phone numbers why when I upgraded to 16s that I had bought separately and I transfer the phone numbers from my 13s to my 16s and then I decided that I wanted to take one of my 13s that I had that already had a phone number on it before prior and put a different number on it that was already on the account like they were all on the account and this person is this cricket this female at the bixby location made me pay for a new eSIM when I already had eSIM on all the gosh darn devices I’m mad I’m mad goodnight

I just want to say that he doesn't even deserve this star because of the incompetent workers who provide a lousy service and are also too racist
