Employees are too friendly, not very professional and do not fully explain what they are selling to their Spanish costumer. Sold service with the phone not fully functioning and had to come a third time still employees did not understand why service was not complete had to wait an hour to figure out why the service was not functioning on a brand new phone/service line.
