While I was looking I was approached four separate times by members who are working in a different departments while I walk through the store. Each of them approached and they seemed genuinely wanting to help. That type of attitude makes me feel comfortable making large purchases from Best buy as at the least, the employees value my business.
- AKAnthony KaysApr 15, 20261.0Would leave 0 stars if I could someone used my email to purchase a cleaning for their ps4 and I don't even live in Oklahoma I live in arkansas and when I called to fix the issue they said the phone number wasn't the same one on file so it couldn't be escalated over the phone NO DUH OF COURSE ITS NOT MY PHONE NUMBER SOMEONE ELSE IS USING MY NAME but I dont have enough gas to go to a best buy in person so I have no choice but to let this obvious fraud go Needless to say I'm screwed so oh well maybe they'll get caught some day thanks a lot best buy corporate you got another bad review under your belt Edit: I don't have a Facebook so it.really doesn't matter I've already accepted it
