  Made an appointment at the Genius Bar. No sign in, no sign about what to do after you sit down at the bar to wait. After 55 minutes waiting at the table I asked someone who worked there what was up. The response was, “Oh, you were supposed to find ‘someone’ and tell them you were here, or else how would we have any idea you were here.” I guess making an appointment and sitting at the table where they told me to wasn’t enough.

  I bought case and screen protector at the Apple Store. They told me it was life of the phone guarantee. Well the case is 1 year and the screen protector is third party and they won’t do anything. Could have gotten it cheaper at Verizon or online. I will never waste money at an Apple Store in the future.

  I wish I would have read reviews before going to the Apple Store to repair my phone. I dropped it and cracked the screen and it would not turn on. I I called Apple support and they assured me that as long as it was not a catastrophic break, it would be fixable. However, when I went to the store, they plugged it in and told me basically there was nothing that they could do, it would never turn on again, so my only options were to replace the current model or upgrade to a new model. I later took it to one of the local phone repair shops and they were able to replace the screen for about 160 bucks. Apple’s repair services are a scam.

  Try to make an appointment to avoid long waiting ! I ended up leaving the first time and came back with an appointment. Associate was nice and tried to help me with my airpod issue , unfortunately it was not fixed though
