  If I could leave no stars I would ; and there is no telling what lies maybe told bc I’m writing this but they lied to me completely lied to me waisted my time VERY condescending has an attitude with customers. Sells things for entirely too high !!!they like many other ppl in this town singled me out but let the next person come in and they’ll help them right away !!! I proved my income they basically kept asking questions and every answer I gave them was a good answer until the very disrespectful lady decided she was going to change the whole thing so beware and again there’s no telling what lies or repercussions that may happen because I’m leaving this review that’s what happens around here when you leave reviews telling the truth of your experience I was treated unfairly. I was lied to. They took all the information of my home, my Social Security number my drivers license the VIN number to my vehicle and then told me that they would keep it for four years. What reason do they need to keep it when they did nothing for me? Why would they need my personal information for four years after doing absolutely nothing for me they saw my title they may have even made a copy of my title. I don’t know. I wasn’t paying attention. The point I’m making is why keep all of a person’s information such as a Social Security number address date of birth and VIN number to their vehicle. If you’re not going to give them a loan, this only tells me there must be something going on behind your team. God bless you guys.

  This company was notified on December 2, 2025 that my husband and I had obtained an attorney and was in the process of filing bankruptcy and even provided them with the attorneys name. Even with all of that information they have continued to call us every day harassing us along with harassing our references!! They have been told multiple times to stop contacting us and that calling us every day along with our references is legally considered excessive harassment! They do not care and continue to call daily. Their corporate office was also called with complaints of excessive harassment and refuse to do anything about the situation! We are filling a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau next it with be a civil suit against them for excessive harassment and mental anguish due to their daily harassment and unnecessary mental anguish they are willfully inflicting!!
