I chose the phone I wanted and she said "you know there is an upgrade fee of $25 right?" She talked me out of upgrading by telling me to file an insurance claim and my deductible would be $130. I asked her several times if she was sure it was only $130. She said yes. I asked if I could go ahead and do the byop which it states on the brochure. She said you can't exchange it there. I called the number she gave me and they were more than willing to file a claim for me for a deductible of $250
