  Gerardo R is wonderful. Very nice, knowledgeable and fast!! Best service I've had in a very long time, was in and out within the hour that's including him helping customers before me. God bless you!

  This score is for all the Cricket stores within 10 miles of this store. I have been to them all. Customer service sucks ass! Not that they are rude but their seems to be little to no training offered to these employees whatsoever. I don't blame the workers, I blame Cricket. Always ONE person behind the counter waiting on 3-4 customers every time I go in. Long ass wait and by the time your seen the workers stumble over what to do. ( Unless your paying a bill, just a long wait. Seems like the were trained well on taking your money.) Slow ass non working computers have also been an issue. Give these employees working equipment to better serve customers for F's sake. Not like Cricket can't afford it.
