  I walked in today around 7p.m., off necesity not want, to buy a printer and I remembered why I shop Amazon. Although 3 people were at the entrance, not one offered help or a greeting. I stood, searching for the needed department and counted 5 reps that saw me and ignored me. This does not include the 4 at the register needed for checkout. I doubt I have RBF, or look unwelcoming (follow me and FO)... I think it was the inexperienced youthful workers and the lack of interest to assist at this store. I hope I never have to walk in again. If you have time, wanna save money, and not feel like a chump... shop online.

  Typical Best buy! Hard to find someone willing to help you at least point you in the right direction, and when they do they act like they care about what your looking for and get you the wrong thing anyways! After going. Back 3 times I finally found someone who slowed down long enough to see what I really needed. Thanks you to the cashier that noticed I had came back 3 times to buy the right item. ( She had to leave her cash register to help me). This is the only reason they are getting 3 stars she saved you all a little bit.

  Bought a 5t hard drive for a ps4 and it works very well l, also bought the warranty so it stays protected!

  Do not recommend their auto installation services. Dropped off a dashcam with a hardwire kit to be installed and they assured me they install these all these time. Have had several issues since my installation and all they do is throw their hands in the air and send you to corporate, who takes weeks to respond.

  The Sales Associate was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered every question I had. He wasn't pushing the newest computer on the market. In fact, for what I needed I was near the lower end since I don't game. I would purchase from the again. The computer is awesome and I don't think I will ever go back to the other brands I had before. Cyberpower PC is the best on the market. I went into the store not sure of what I was looking for and came out the a product that couldn't work any better for me.
