However today I needed some assistance with a laptop charger and a skylight calendar. We spoke with a very helpful gentleman who had been with Best buy for 19 years, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed. Again this is the best experience at a Best buy that I've had in about 6 or 8 years.
