  Worst service I have ever encountered. Ask by three different employees if we needed help . I said yes each time and becouse we wanted to look at/ or buy new washer and dryer no one ever showed up to help us. As we were leaving about five of them standing around asks could they help. I said not now. we left Lowe’s is across the street . It took about three seconds to get someone to help us . Will be buying from Lowe’s same stuff we saw at Best Buy and frankly a lot less money

  Unable to get a real person on phone, ai robot does not understand "I want to speak to a real person". I do not have time to waste with a robot, I just want a real person. Will not be purchasing from here.

  So I went in today looking for a laptop. I tried to get a couple of the sales people to help one looked away, the other one told me to go ask someone else as he wasn’t on the sales team. Third one was my favorite, he told me “ man, honestly, I think you should get what you feel is best for you “ 😳. I don’t know anything about PCs that’s why I was seeking help . If this sounds like a 1 star, it’s because it was about to be until just before I walked out , some guy named MAXX asked if he could help and man was he helpful… yes( rhetorical). He explained literally everything & helped me order an amazing laptop which wasn’t in stock. If I needed another employee, I would literally hire him away from Best Buy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for maxx. Zero stars for rest

  Stood in the store for a while…trying to get help…walked up to someone to get help…they said that wasn’t their department but they would radio someone to help me. Went back over there and stood for another 30 to wait…nothing…so I left…I won’t beg anyone to spend my money. Meanwhile, several workers just standing around talking and laughing with each other. They need better training or better management. UPDATE 5/17 They comment under the reviews to make it seem like they are going to rectify the situation, only to have u go to another social platform and say…we will document it…waste more of your time.

  Thank you Austin and Damon for helping me order my Mom’s phone. I appreciate your excellent customer service skills and communication. I look forward to shopping with you again in the future. Also excited about the Lawton store opening. Memorial location is the best. Always quick fast and super knowledgeable when needing information about technology. Bless you both.
