  换了新的电池说好了要90分钟叫我3:15回来最后等到了3:40才拿到多花了更多的时间拿到手机我的手机屏保还裂了！

  You would think an Apple store would stock Apple phones that are not even two generations old in their store for repair it's really fun coming in for warranty work that you pay a premium for monthly only to have to set an appointment go into the mall wait in the queue explain your issue again haven't talked to a tablet and take a thousand photos tell you to come back later for repairs and then tell you a better option is Express shipment and they give you a free phone but they only hold your card for the full retail price of the phone do not go here expecting them to give you a full diagnosis they replace screens and batteries only something any kiosk or standalone store can do this is not what Jobbs would have intended his stores turn and morph into they make an intentionally uncomfortable to have to wait so you don't not friendly not helpful stick with Google.

  I had an outstanding experience at Apple at Penn Square. I had a cracked screen on my iPad and no appointment. I was given express treatment and was give immediate assistance. Furthermore, the tech who helped me took care of everything and resolved my situation. I am very impressed and highly recommend this store. This operation is first rate.

  I been here since 9am and they still have not got.me.someone to speak with. I own ten new apple devices I own a car shop worth a million dollars in makes me sick to see how the treat customers I will calling the apple CEO and filling paper work all my devices are new

  These people lie to you when you attempt to make a damage claim, claiming they don't have the item in stock. You pay for insurance primarily to cover their falsehoods. When you politely inquire about the purpose of the insurance, they tell you to “calm down." I had to walk away disappointed, having entered without the intention of causing a scene. Yet, they seemed intent on making me appear crazy and provoking me into confrontation. Their focus isn't on solving customers' problems; it's on making a sale today. I have witnessed this behavior at this particular location.
