This place is a total rat race. The people working are awesome but the crazy rat race going on is absolutely overwhelming. You have people selling, people browsing, people getting repairs, and a guy teaching a class on how to use the phones IN THE SAME ROOM AT THE SAME TIME. Do better Apple. Most Efficient doesn’t always mean best. Customer service is terrific though.

I had an excellent experience with Joel today. He has amazing communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills! He was able to figure out how to save my photos that’s had precious memories on them all while my phone screen was blacked out. He helped to save me $300 in phone screen repair while I could still get my photos updated to my iCloud-which was my main concern. Joel deserves a raise because he was able to figure out and fix a complicated problem and he had great customer service skills! He also helped me learn technical difficulties. THANK YOU JOEL!!

My sons phone is not working. We spent two hours at Apple and told they could not fix it without a new password. They said one would be sent to him in probably two or three days. Disgusting!!! Why does Okla. City only have ONE Apple store?

This Apple Store is usually great but went to take my daughter to trade in her iPhone for a new one and the customer service representative that helped us, Zane, was nice enough in the beginning, but was also helping another customer while trying to help us and did not answer all the questions we had nor paid any attention to the whole setting up of her new phone which resulted in a 30 minute process to last well over an hour. Had to continually reboot the new phone and start the process over 3 more times than needed. Zane didn’t offer anywhere for us to sit and wait since it was taking so long, we had to go get our own chairs but when it was finally finished I went to return the chairs and he told me he would get them. Well thanks Zane, for actually offering to do something for your customers I am sure you get commission off of. I have been an iPhone user since they came out and I did most of the set up myself since he was preoccupied. I believe he needs another class in customer service and communication skills.

Do not expect to get service unless you have a reservation. Drove an hour and a half to this store to buy a MacBook - called in advance to confirm that they had the one I was wanting - they did. Upon arrival, we were asked if we had a reservation, which we did not, but I told them I just wanted to buy the MacBook. They said someone would be with us shortly. We sat there, ignored, for 45 minutes. I overheard an employee tell another customer that the next available reservation was 3 to 4 hours from now. I approached the employee and asked if we just needed to leave since we didn’t have a reservation. She said no, we just needed to wait for an available team member - maybe another 30 minutes to an hour. I said “so we just need to leave then.” She didn’t answer, other than to say we could order the MacBook online if we wanted. Please understand - my problem is not that they were busy. My problem is they didn’t have a problem with me standing there for hours waiting. When I called on the phone in advance nobody recommended that I make a reservation, and when I walked into the store nobody made me aware that I would be waiting for hours without a reservation. I assumed, as any person would, that I would be able to walk in, buy the product, and leave. There were also multiple team members that were standing around or chatting with other team members. I am baffled that none of them were able or willing to take my money and allow me to make my purchase. We left empty handed and I will absolutely not be going back to another Apple store again. Thankfully, once we drove the hour and a half back home, my dad called around and found the MacBook I had been wanting at a Walmart about 30 minutes from my town. So I drove to the Walmart, and shockingly enough was able tell the Walmart employee what I wanted, which he immediately grabbed behind the counter, and I was checked out and on my way within minutes with my new MacBook. Very excited about my purchase, and special thank you to the Lawton Walmart for doing their job and ending my day on a good note. Apple Stores - DO BETTER. Post a sign if reservations are required for service or make sure walk-in customers are aware of the wait time so we don't waste our time standing around.
