  Normally I have wonderful service here. But the last time I went in it was horrible. I had gone in for a quick phone number change. I have 5 lines for 125 dollars a month. My mother in law had passed away and my brother in law needed a phone. Instead of giving him her number we were going to change it so people who already had the old number wouldn't get freaked out getting a phonecall from someone who had passed. Viviana was our associate for the day. She told me that it would be quicker and cheaper to cancel the old line and add a new line.(BTW a number change is 30 dollars...) Boy was I surprised after we left and ended up getting a notification that my bill went from 125 dollars to 245 dollars. It turned out she never cancelled the line. She suspended it and added a 6th line at a higher rate than I was paying before. Because I made changes right before my billing cycle ended and I couldn't make any changes until the pending changes went through I got stuck with the overcharge and can't get the money credited to my account for her mistake because the billing cycle was paid.

  Zero stars if I could. I went into this location at 4th and Telephone Rd ready to drop money on a new phone and an upgrade for my granddaughter’s gift, but the staff was incredibly unhelpful and completely unwilling to listen. Even though I just wanted to purchase the device, they refused to let me buy it simply because I’m not the primary account holder (her parents pay the bill). I wasn't trying to change the plan—just buy a gift—but they wouldn't lift a finger to help or find a solution. It’s ridiculous that they make it this difficult to actually give them business. Taking my money elsewhere. March 9, 2026

  Fernanda was beyond AMAZING. I ran into countless road blocks trying to transfer my line and getting a transfer pin. She could not have assisted any better than she did. Definitely wish they had more employees like her cause she made this painful process easier.. thank goodness!!
