  The young man Max, that helped me today. His mom should be proud! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable. He did everything right! The company should realize the gem they found in him and train him for management! I would recommend this store to EVERYONE because of him!

  Had the worst customer service today. My husband and I went in to see if they could help me with my phone and the store manager in Miami was so rude. He acted like he couldn't care less and was completely uninterested in helping me figure out a solution. I definitely won't go back to that store for help with my cricket phone.
