  I wanted to give this 2 young ladies a 5 STAR. I had issues with my phone that I had and I was frustrated and this 2 ladies made my day they were polite and professional and knew exactly what was the issue they fix the problem on my phone and I ended up getting a new phone. While I was waiting I saw them interact with other customers and were awesome at there job. Tafv Ramirez and Deja Smith thank you for your help and hope you get a raise they need to be recognize and I just want to thank you and God bless you ladies always.

  Had to bring a relative to this store for a phone/billing help. What a waste of time. All I heard her tell us and the few other questions, “you have to call 611 for that. I can’t access accounts.” Do yourself a favor and go someone else.

  My husband's 3G flip phone, (yes, he's one of those who insists on having a flip phone,) went out last Wednesday and I decided to finally add him to our family plan at Cricket and get him one of their flip phones. The process worked beautifully up until the point where the nice lady (Lena) at Cricket attempted to move his phone number over from Tracfone to Cricket-- then it got horrible. Tracfone made it impossible to switch the number over to Cricket due to service on his old phone not existing any more from the 5G change. They would verify who I was and my account and then put us on hold forever. The nice Cricket lady tried OVER and OVER again. We were put on hold for over THREE HOURS! Her perseverance and grace under pressure was astonishing, especially contrasted with the intransigence of the Tracfone people. In fact, everyone there at Cricket that day were SO nice even though they were VERY busy and one employee's computer was frozen all day due to my issue. I cannot highly recommend these people enough!

  The ladies at this store are amazing. They helped us get new phones set up and were super helpful about answering questions. If you need a new phone go here. I will go back there for everything.
