  I wanted to give this 2 young ladies a 5 STAR. I had issues with my phone that I had and I was frustrated and this 2 ladies made my day they were polite and professional and knew exactly what was the issue they fix the problem on my phone and I ended up getting a new phone. While I was waiting I saw them interact with other customers and were awesome at there job. Tafv Ramirez and Deja Smith thank you for your help and hope you get a raise they need to be recognize and I just want to thank you and God bless you ladies always.

  The staff is wonderful, they always help me when my phones acting wonky or just to put on a new screen protector!

  This use to be a great company however it's become as deceptive as it's parent company, AT&T. Six months ago, my phone started acting up, I went to the local store to purchase a new phone and was told "Go to Walmart, their phones are cheaper." So I went to Walmart and purchase a new phone. Four months later I decided to explore other carriers and learned my phone was locked and I was under a six month contract. At no time was I informed I was purchasing a locked phone though I'm sure it was hidden somewhere in the small print no one reads. After nine years with Cricket I'm leaving. I feel they should have informed me upfront the phone was under a special deal that required a contract. I would not have purchased the phone had I known. Like I said, Cricket has become as sleazy as it's parent company. Goodbye!
