  Had to bring a relative to this store for a phone/billing help. What a waste of time. All I heard her tell us and the few other questions, “you have to call 611 for that. I can’t access accounts.” Do yourself a favor and go someone else.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Mrs. Tafv Ramirez! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in with a lot of questions, and she answered every one of them with confidence and clarity. She made the entire process of setting up my three new lines quick and effortless. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I could see she was already prepared and greeted me with a warm smile. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I appreciate her so much for making it so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
