- WDWANDA DAVIS-RICHARDSONAug 12, 20265.0excellent customer service
- WIWallace Layne IIIJun 2, 20245.0I ended up assisting a group of six gentlemen with getting new cellular services plans set up on the Ides of March, and I expected a nightmare. It was, surprisingly, smooth as silk thanks to Ms. Tonnesha J. She was able to not only take care of all six men with decidedly different expectations while not neglecting other customers all by herself. At this time, I do not have Cricket, but if their plans are as good as their customer service, count me in at my next re-up.
