  Sierra and the other lady I forgot her name I think Michelle or something like that. They were very courteous and took their time with me when I went to buy a new phone.

  I purchased a new phone through Cricket when normally I purchase the device through the devices company and then connect the device on my own with customer service. But this time I chose to go to the this location and purchase the phone due to not wanting to drive an hour away or wait for shipping. Over all the interaction was fast and easy. Although once my bill was due I received a message from cricket stating that I needed to pay my bill which was weird due to my account being set up with autopay. I log into my account to see that my plan had been changed therefore I no longer qualified for the bundle and save plans which upped my payment by $20 (also disqualified me from the HBO Max subscription), an added protection plan was added to my account (that added another $12 to my payment) that I did not agree too nor was even mentioned to me the day I was in the store and I was taken off of auto pay. I called customer service to see when the changes were made and they confirmed that it was the day I purchased the new device from the store. I have had Cricket for almost a decade and this has never happened. My plan has never been changed without my acknowledgement nor have had any additional services added to my account, as well as my account has always been set up with autopay. Therefore this felt as if all these changes were done on purpose and with intent to up my monthly payment.
