  This Henryetta Cricket store has really gone downhill. The staff aren't helpful, lack basic training, and immediately try to push you off to customer service instead of actually trying to fix your problem. My girlfriend went in recently to pay our bill and add 10GB of hotspot data. The employee told her there was a "pending order" on our account, refused to help any further, and sent her on her way. While she was outside on the phone with customer service trying to clear the pending order, I got a notification on my phone showing that 20GB of hotspot had just been added to my account. Customer service checked and confirmed that the change was made directly by the rep inside the store…without either of us asking for or authorizing it. I called the store immediately to address the unauthorized charge, and the employee just brushed it off and claimed my account must have been "compromised." Eventually, a manager named April called me back, apologized, and told me to send my girlfriend back into the store so they could get it sorted out. When my girlfriend went back in, things got even worse. A different employee named Haylee now claimed she was the manager, and both workers basically threw their hands up, said they didn't know what happened, and insisted we still had to pay the $20 for the feature we never asked for. The complete lack of accountability, terrible communication, and unauthorized changes to my account are totally unacceptable. We’ve never had issues like this before, but after this experience, we won't be coming back.

  I was looking for a local company to get my dad a new phone after his previous provider was bought out by a larger corporation and closed our local store. Always wanting to support local businesses, I found that Cricket had a storefront right here in town, so I decided to give them a try. As I pulled up, I was instantly greeted outside by April and Chris, who were welcoming people in and sharing information about their services and plans. Right then, I knew I had made the right decision for my 84 year old father. I explained that we were transferring from another provider and that my dad would need some extra help with the transition. Chris provided all the necessary details to take to my dad's existing carrier to make the transfer as smooth and trouble-free as possible. When I returned with the info, April and Chris welcomed me back, and together with Haylee, they walked me through the entire process step by step. They not only solved my dad's service needs but also helped me pick out the perfect phone and plan to fit him. Their level of customer service is far above and beyond anything I experienced with the larger company that bought out my dad's previous service. It is just another great reminder of why shopping local matters. Thank you so much, Chris, Haylee, and April, for everything you did to help me take care of my dad! David
