  I have been hung up on when calling customer service and the store to ask ab my phone im not using so I will be going to at&t for cell service ive paid a year for a phone im not using and there is no way to talk to anyone and the clerks at the store say I have to call customer service so im very unsatisfied for this terrible service very unprofessional . Bye cricket .

  Unhelpful and rude. Gives me a customer support number that won't work and act like I'm the biggest inconvenience to them in an empty store.

  Slow and clumsy service... I just needed to pay for my service, but I was never helped... they served other people who had just arrived, even though I had already been waiting for over 15 minutes.
