- DGDavid GJul 2, 20261.0Walked into this Cricket Wireless store to ask about their current phone sales, but the experience was terrible. The male agent at the front desk didn't greet us or acknowledge our presence at all. He looked completely annoyed and acted like he didn't want to be there. We stood inside the store for over 10 minutes without anyone helping us, so we finally just left. This is the worst location with horrible customer service. Save your time and go to a different Cricket store.

- ETEvelyn TrejoJun 18, 20261.0Such terrible service, my mom got a message saying she was eligible to get a 2nd hand iPhone for $300 and when she went to this location to claim the offer the worker there simply said they didn’t have it. He didn’t offer any help or anything, when she went to another location in okc they were so helpful and told her they didn’t have it but they could order it and get it delivered to her house. When she got the phone she went back to this Edmond location so they could help her activate it and the same guy worker was also rude and not helpful he just simply told her he couldn’t do anything. So she had to drive all the way to the okc location again and they were so helpful and got her phone activated in no time! This location needs to learn how to treat and help their clients, at least the guy who was working there!
