  Here at 9:45 to resolve a phone emergency and it is closed. Website and hours posted on the window says open at 9:00 AM. Unprofessional. If this isn’t accurate, it needs to be changed.

  Took my son's phone into this location with no idea what was wrong with it. Liam was able to figure out that my son had messed with the system settings, which is why the phone wouldn't work. He could've easily said that it was unfixable and we'd just have to buy a new phone. But instead, he spent about an hour figuring out the problem and trying various fixes. In the end, he was able to get it taken care of, and I walked out with the same phone now fully functioning. Can't recommend this store, and especially Liam, enough! He's knowledgeable and honest and probably deserves a raise!

  I have a cricket out last phone took it in there with the phone screen protector cracked was told the phone was almost outdated and they would sell me a screen protector at a discounted rate for $20 when I went back to get it they wanted to sell it to me at the full price then they said they would discount two or three dollars off of that making it still $27 for a glass screen protector pretty messed up when you go up there twice you save the money up to get it and then come to find out that ain't the price they're going to charge you I told her I only had $25 with me and they offered to sell me another screen protector that wasn't as good and I have insurance on my phone I pay every month I've been with cricket since 2003 maybe it's time to look for something else with a different plan there's places out there that do you right and will actually give you a phone and let you keep your old number I wouldn't buy anything from this store and I sure wouldn't make any payments there it just messed up that I have a phone that costs under $100 and every month I pay just about $8 a month for insurance and every time the screen gets cracked the protector I have to pay about $25 for a new screen protector from them so far I've replaced it three times I looked on eBay you cam eBay it. It has a case and a high-graded tempered glass screen protector for $8 to nine bucks they really don't greet you when you come in and they really don't tell you thank you have a nice day when you leave or they appreciate your business almost like they don't want to come out of the back doing whatever they're doing on their phones not wanting to help a customer we're the ones that keep them in business if it wasn't for customers they wouldn't have a job why pay play almost $31 and some change for a screen protector when you can order a case and a high-grade protector online for under $8 to 15.bucks. It's strange I just got this phone less than 5 months ago when I upgraded and it's already outdated seem like they be wanting to sell the screen protector for less just to get rid of it really bothers me that they didn't say welcome to cricket or have a nice day or thank you for your business almost like they hated me coming in
