  I haven't been with Cricket very long but in the few months I've had 2 virus situations were the bugs would just download Everything possible and make my phone unusable. Easy fix for the guys at the store.

  Can’t seem to keep staff and the last time we was in there my husband and I both was disgusted with how the store manger was speaking to a customer and was quick to remind him that was not the way you handle customers and he needed to work on his communication skills, we try to avoid going in there as much as possible
