  I bought my daughter a new phone online to add a line to my account. Was not sure I was syncing her old phone data to her new phone so stopped in for help. Isaac was a great help.. funny and gave us lots of suggestions on other things we had questions about.. he was very helpful to us!! Hey Dog! Lol

  To be fair the staff is nice and everything but do not and I repeat do not place a phone order with them to be delivered to you especially if it’s not in stock long story short placed a phone order in store. Took 3 buisness days and the weekend, never received a confirmation or order number Couldn’t cancel the order in store since I didn’t have the phone? But was never given to me Go through the process of a refund through the cricket 611 number and now after a full month I’m having to call my card company and have them dispute it which can take another 30-90 days So in total after paying for the phone on the 27th of February and I still haven’t got my refund or phone Cricket is a joke when it comes to placing orders for phones and customer service through 611 is terrible been told by them more than 5 different times I’d receive my refund in a certain time period now it’s the 21st of march Do not buy a phone from them if they do not have it in stock right then and there! Or they could hold your 700 plus dollars for months or just try to straight steal it from you Like I said this review isn’t to hurt the store itself they are all nice there Ryan was especially helpful but do not go through there service for ordering phones your better off buying a phone somewhere else and having them change it over
