- RARiver ArnoldSep 28, 20261.0Whoever works there thats a “bigger person “ shouldn’t work there anymore. Got hung up on mid question. And sounded like she genuinely didn’t know she worked at a phone store. Absolutely horrible customer service AT&T on top 💯💯
- PGPaige GeorgeAug 19, 20261.0Went into store and employee was just chatting with these two older ladies for over 15 minutes about nothing related to the job. Did not acknowledge me or help whatsoever, terrible customer service. Left without being assisted
- RLRyan LoveJul 29, 20261.0This place is inconsistent and does not give good information went into put my son's phone on my account he was told within 30 days he could do it The girl tells us it has to be 60 days otherwise the manager comes out it turns out to be 6 months these people don't know how to find their butts with both hands
