  Not a fan of this store. I went in- with a problem - my phone would not accept calls. Would just immediately go to voice mail. Jesse- or Jessica- NEVER addressed me when I came in. Just talked to her friend the whole time, until I could tell she wasn’t a customer. I asked -‘ can you help me with a problem?’ She actually made it even worse, where, when I tried to dial out- THEN , it immediately said ‘call failed’- when I went back in, STILL talking to her friend, she finally said ‘ it’s just too old. Go to the Apple Store’ - so, I picked another Cricket store with Jayden on 9th St. HE WAS GREAT!!!

  Highly recommend this Cricket store! Marie was absolutely amazing and worked quickly to get two lines added and an upgrade for my husband! We will definitely be back to this Cricket for all our future needs!! Thank you Marie and Tiffany. Y'all are the best!!☺️
