- SBSheri BrewerApr 9, 20261.0The store clerk was wonderful but we had to call customer service to try and resolve a mistake they made in my account where they were charging me $10 a month for international calling for 6 months which I never asked for and found out from the clerk when I went to buy a new phone when she asked me if I wanted to keep the feature ...they refused to reimburse me and argued and said I asked for the feature but it wasn't even on my receipt. Very poor customer service. I'm a long time customer and I'm very disappointed and done with them.
