  This store is great! Ginkina is great with customer service and so helpful with activating phones. Having a local store in atoka makes doing business with cricket so much easier. The only issue i have is not with the local stores. It is with cricket itself. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years now and cannot get an upgrade. I am not paying the amount of interest that the leasing partners charge (almost double the price of the phone) to purchase a new phone. If cricket would show some customer appreciation, they would be the bomb.

  I had an amazing experience at the Cricket store thanks to Amanda! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell she really cares about helping customers and making sure they leave satisfied. If you’re headed to this location, definitely ask for Amanda – she’s the best!

  This place just opened. Amanda helped me with my malfunctioning phone. She removed some apps and get me up and running. I highly recommend.Thank you!
