  Zero stars really! Crapiest phone service ever! I had the unlimited plan and the phone they sold me, Samsung A16, would not open apps, have to click on them twice always to open. Switched to Consumer cellular and now the phone works fine. Don't waste your money here!

  Kermeisha was awesome she's the queen of this location ! She went out of her way to get my phone unlocked and get me out of there . She deserves a raise !

  The girl that worked there was very unprofessional I don't know what her problem was....I am a long standing customer and went in to get a new line...her attitude towards my gf was unexceptable....we will be driving out of town to get our services taken care of....this store needs to either be hiring new people or shut down completely

  Went in there ready to buy a phone and it was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Music blaring in the back room and the two girls at the front couldn’t care less about their job. Gave attitude to every person that waked in the store, to the point it made me uncomfortable just to listen to it. I could tell they just wanted to rush everyone out of the store so they could go sit in the back. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Went over to version next door and they took care of me.
