  I’ve been waiting for 2.5 hours in the ER and I still haven’t seen a Dr. no updates not check ins. Nothing. Just sitting in this room waiting. Altus is the worst hospital around. I knew I should have gone to Lawton. Edit: After 3.5 hours of waiting, we still never had a Dr. show up to our room. Absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful. This hospital and its staff should feel ashamed

  I don’t understand how the day time girls in admissions and their new boss over there are still working. They’re nothing but cruel, mean, and disrespectful unlike the kind nurses. You had to know their behavior is affecting everybody else and but still you keep them there anyway. Everybody in this town says the exact same thing and the hospital chose not to care because they must be buddies with each other.

  This hospital has changed for the better over the years. Rarely a wait. Staff cares for its patients and they listen. Used to have to wait a long time to get an appointment. Now it's within reason.

  One star because I had to give one to rate. Definitely the worst all around hospital in the world.

  My neighbor got good care while she was there, but was discharged too soon which led to a major relapse.
