  This hospital kept sending bill to my wife and we call tri care and their customer service need to call our insurance to get it situated. They suck and I don't think their billing department is qualified for their job. Poor communication and explanation terrible hospital.

  I haven't been to the hospital in Altus. However I do know Comanche county memorial hospital very well in lawton .I would not recommend anyone go there for any treatment whatsoever. I have spent three hours in the waiting room there waiting to see a doctor when I am in acute pain. Plus the waiting room is full so just be prepared if you go there

  Never been here but one of your employees is taking pictures of people in vulnerable states and making fun of them. Definitely not someone I’d want working for my hospital.

  I basically had heart attack. Drove myself to the ER. They sent me home an hour later with instructions to get some TUMS on the way home. 🤦‍♂️

  I’ve been waiting for 2.5 hours in the ER and I still haven’t seen a Dr. no updates not check ins. Nothing. Just sitting in this room waiting. Altus is the worst hospital around. I knew I should have gone to Lawton. Edit: After 3.5 hours of waiting, we still never had a Dr. show up to our room. Absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful. This hospital and its staff should feel ashamed
