  Customer service is warm, friendly, and patient. Would highly recommend, HOWEVER... Management is another story. They want to charge $40 for a cheap case I can get on Amazon for $5. Same with other accessories. Also the store is always cold, never warm. Would it kill you to "waste" a few dollars to make it so it's not colder than hell in there?

  Do not expected them to provide any form of customer service, bad or otherwise, do not expect any useful information before the sale is completed. You can expect them to screw you around and sell you items that are not refundable if the employee breaks them before you leave the store. It's your fault. Don't expect it to be any other way. The customer is always wrong and treated terribly. They basically have unsupervised children running the store who have to call someone every time you ask a question. Good luck people. It's an adventure at this place.
