My husband purchased a laptop from here and gifted it to me. Just be aware that they will sign you up for Apple TV subscription WITHOUT you even knowing. Then when you find out that you have been being charged for something you never signed up for, Apple refuses to refund you (even though you never used the streaming service). After being charged for it for a few months, they refuse to initiate a refund no matter how much you appeal it. They are scamming people and stealing money from you at this location.

Don’t buy the Belkin screen protectors, you are better off going to five below. We paid $40 for the Belkin screen protectors and sold on the idea that they are durable and have a lifetime warranty. Within 2 months the protectors cracked on their own and I had to do the warranty. Then after 4 more months they cracked again. This time they wanted to charge me $10 shipping for both protectors (me and my wife phone) I can go get two protectors for $5 on Amazon or five below. Apple should be ashamed to promote this product and Belkin should be ashamed to offer what is a lie

Great Customer Service. Had issue with 2 different phones and both was being worked on by 2 different people at one time. Was immediately waited on by Davian and Santana. These guys was truly amazing. And both phones was fixed within a 2hour time frame. Thank you for the great experience

I went talked Keith, I had been there 43 mins. But before that Keith had said 20 mins LIED. Went up at the 43 min mark To ask a question. He refused to listen Keith had cut me off 3 times TOLD me I needed to get patience I repeated I need help to find something in the phone. He said leave come back later! Rudest person I ever met for a store worker. Go sit down you need to get patience you will be here a while. I was going to buy 2 phones but no I didn’t due to his rudeness he thought his ____ didn’t stink. Who gives the right for a worker to tell, the customer go get some patience and leave. And all I needed was one question answered it wasn’t about how much longer or anything Mohegan not need to work There or anywhere else with the public. Don’t ever get up and ask a question before it’s your time especially with that Keith person.
