  I did not have a broken device. I spent more than $50 round-trip to travel to the store to pick up my purchase, only to be told that the items I already paid for could not be released because of some error in their system. This was after spending 15 minutes waiting for any youth in a green shirt to pay attention and offer to help me. When I finally got a green-shirt's attention, they blamed me for not acknowledging them on my arrival (a completely passive-aggressive fabrication). I can only guess that lugging my oxygen tank on my back only made me appear undesirable to speak to. I decided to cancel my order, re-order the items, and have them delivered for free. No one should put up with being ignored or treated as unworthy unless you look "cool" or wealthy. I used to have such respect for the brand. . . .

  Terrible. I came to buy a phone, but he was busy with his own personal matters instead. I waited for about an hour.

  I Have had good service before. Today was not that experience. Wasted a bunch of my time. 2 sales walked out the door to a cell phone dealer. In and out.

  Bought a bugged out iPhone 17 pro max a they refused to replace the unit like the warranty says… a constantly was blaming my carry when it was the phone the entire time. It’s been an entire month without my phone an I’ve lost so much money because of apples incompetence. The employees do nothing they can’t spell correctly nor confirm wether they have your correct information or not if I could zero stars I would give them a -10
