  Horrible experience. Manager is especially rude. Take your business to literally any other Apple Store or just buy what you want online.

  Waiting forever. People going ahead of me that came in after me. Why do I pay all this money for an iPhone for shit customer service.

  Very unprofessional, unable to manage customer’s flow. Came here to repair an iPhone screen, drop off went smoothly, but when I came to pick it up ended up waiting for over an hour because one of the associates send me to a wrong table. Unacceptable.

  I stood and waited for help for 40 minutes the lady that was supposed to help did not want to. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for someone else. I waited 10 minutes and she came over and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I had already knew what I wanted just couldn't get the help. The store was not crowded just an unbelievably rude customer service rep
