  Went to the store today for help with my iPhone 17 pro max screen randomly going black. Was told about a 10-15 minute wait which I expected since they were crazy busy. Alex was the employee assigned to help me & she was so nice & thorough! At one point she was helping 3 of us at the same time, all with different problems & she didn’t skip a beat! All the employees i interacted with while there today were so friendly & nice. Definitely an excellent experience!

  Went to purchase the new iPhone and nothing in stock. Person was less than helpful for alternative options and didn’t care. Treated me like a number.

  Horrible management. The company knows of new item release and totally understaffs the store and customer wait time in line outside of the store is over a hour even with an appointment. Staff monitoring the outside lines are rude and very unprofessional. The whole process is flawed and staff needs training as far as customer courtesy and need to address customers politely. Customers spend a lot of money on these products

  This has nothing to do with the Apple Store at Crocker Park or the employees there. My issue is specifically with Apple’s repair process and the repair team my Beats were shipped to. I sent my Beats in for warranty service because they suddenly stopped connecting via Bluetooth. Before sending them in, I spoke with multiple Apple representatives and was repeatedly told that the issue should be covered under the one-year warranty. Then, after Apple received and inspected them, I was suddenly told they found an issue that supposedly is not covered under warranty and that I would need to pay $106 to have them repaired. I have owned these headphones for only about eight months. They have never been dropped, submerged in water, or abused. I primarily use them for running and working out, so the only moisture they have been exposed to is normal sweat from exercise. These are $250 headphones marketed for active use. It is extremely disappointing that they would fail after only eight months of normal use and that the customer is then expected to pay another $106 for a repair. I understand that warranties don't cover every type of damage, but I would like Apple to clearly explain what damage was actually found, how they determined it was caused by something outside normal use, and why the Bluetooth failure isn't considered a defect covered by the one-year warranty. For a premium pair of workout headphones at this price point, I expected them to last considerably longer than eight months. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially after multiple Apple representatives initially told me the issue should be covered.

  I was ready to upgrade my ipad to the iPad Air. Told I was going to be helped after 20 minutes I walked out since no one came over to help, it wasn’t even busy. Not coming back
