  This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at an Apple Store. I waited for more than 30 minutes while employees kept walking around saying, “You’re next,” but nobody actually helped me. It felt like they were just waiting for the shift change, and customers were left waiting with no proper communication. I understand stores can get busy, but making customers wait that long without real assistance is not professional at all. I expected much better service from Apple.

  Genius Bar basically blew off my appointment. Sat there for 25 mins with no help. All the while the techs were moving slowly, and the manager wasn’t able to help even though he had nothing else to do because it had to be a tech that “went through tests and gave you all the options.” Not him. All for a simple battery replacement.

  Went to the Apple Store to get my Apple tap pay fixed everything they did I could have done at home! And I was there for 2 hours! A big waste of my time, deleted everything off my phone just for it not to work saying my warranty was up which I knew but what is the store for if they can’t fix the issues?!

  I had a disappointing experience at the Apple Store. I brought my iPhone 11 in for a battery replacement, and it was in excellent condition with no screen scratches. When I picked it up the next day, the screen had multiple scratches that were not there before. The staff immediately dismissed it as “normal wear and tear,” which was inaccurate. Despite clearly explaining the condition of my phone, the response was argumentative and dismissive. One staff member repeatedly shook his head and continued arguing, even after the manager asked him to stop - and he kept repeating the same points when the manager stepped away. The manager also displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude during the interaction. Although they eventually agreed to replace the screen free of cost, the overall experience was unacceptable. The dismissive behavior, lack of professionalism, and poor staff control overshadowed the resolution. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly document the condition of their device before handing it over for service.
