  I recently visited this store to upgrade my iPhone. I have no complaints and nothing but compliments. The people were very patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. I walked in there with an old iPhone and walked out with a new iPhone completely set up the way I wanted it. They answered a ton of questions I had. They assisted me with financing suggestions. And held my hand as as much as I needed in getting everything moved over. I would highly recommend this place if you want to upgrade your iPhone or probably any Apple device.

  Don was very helpful in assessing and helping me pick a new iphone after mine decided to just randomly break one day, was also very considerate to my financial situation and also helped my mom understand apple cash/pay. shoutout to don hes a real one

  Horrible customer service from zipphora she was really rude and interrupting with others while i was speaking with her and other then her the store is really nice and other workers are good

  I have been going to the store for years. I have always admired how well they treat their customers. They have inspired me to comfortably spend tens of thousands of dollars in merchandise for myself and my company. This will change due to fee dishonest And Racially fused treatment I received today. After scheduling an appointmentI went to the store Yesterday For an issue with my AirPods 3. I informed The rep. That The right bud was Inoperable and then sometimes it’s the left bud. She ran a test in which she told me the left bud failed, and it appears to be damage on the right bud. She did walked away and another rep came to finish up. He informed me that my AirPods was under warranty via AppleCare however, I will have to wait till the next day to get them swapped out and that I must first contact Apple Support the next day. So the next day (today) I contacted Apple Support and explained the situation. They found the notes and were able to conclude that my AirPods were bad and I could swap them out at the Apple Store. He told me he sent me a email as proof. When I got to the Apple Store in Crocker Park, the rep immediately started asking me questions and said she would have to run test. I informed her that the test was ran yesterday and I was just picking up my new AirPods, but she was very snappy with me and told me she had to do this. I informed her that I was there yesterday and she said she has no record of it. I told her it’s in the notes and she said she don’t see any notes. I ended up being there for way too long and even though my earbuds felt a test twice she said she needed to test it one more time and then that time she said it passed. I could tell that she was just trying to have a reason not to give me new earbuds. I have never in my life felt so embarrassed, and Cheated out of an opportunity. I pay my money for Apple Care but It should be called. Apple doesn’t care. I decree and declare today that I will not stop spreading the news about how unfairly I was treated at this store today. Do not spend your money at this store. They are rude and individuals who do not own up to their own mistakes. I will go to every Social media platform. And spread the news about this company and this store
