  I do not like changing phone companies, computers, or anything really. Finally, I decided to change to Cricket from Consumer Cellular. I was prepared to run screaming during the process but Matt, the technician at Cricket, took care of virtually everything. I forgot my account number and PIN but that was no problem for Matt; he got it done in a reasonable amount of time.God bless Matt!

  Eric was excellent with knowledge and his customer service was the Best. I went to 2 other Cricket store but he provided the Best service and he was very pleasant. I would recommend coming to his store for the Best service.

  Hi I came to the cricket store on Emery road in Cleveland Ohio If you want exceptional service and someone that will explain everything to you come see Eric his customer service is outstanding he is good at what he does and he does it flawlessly He is absolutely amazing and it was a pleasure buying a phone from him
