- SGSteven GoodwinJun 18, 20261.0Don't go here! They are a scam! They pull you in by giving you a free first exam then give low quality service. I'm an over the road truck driver from arkansas. I went in because my dog had eye cconjunctivitis. They charged $80 to put some dye in his eye to check for scratches and whatnot. Then they told me that he most likely had cherry eye. And said he would need surgery. Everyone I've showed pictures of his eye to (including my vet at home) said it wasn't cherry eye. They then charged me $33 for some ointment. Now, a day later, his eye is super infected because they didn't give him any antibiotics or steroids. They didn't even do any test to check for infection even though you can clearly see that it's infected. Now I have to go to another vet to get an actual diagnosis and hopefully some medication that will actually treat the issue. There was a reason why no one was in their lobby. I will update after the next vet appointment. {Side note. After the appointment from this place I started getting emails and text messages from several pet insurance companies. They sold my contact information off to these companies. That's probably how they can do the first exam for free.}
