  The worst Apple Store I have ever been to. They make you wait for over 30 minutes while 20+ employees roam around you like you don’t even exist. When someone finally approaches you, they come with a terrible attitude and are completely unhelpful—acting like it’s a burden for you to even buy something from them. If you don’t like your job, just quit. Don't take it out on the customers!

  Great attitude and friendliness on the part of the sales person but the Apple procedure is frustrating. I didn't appreciate being given false information about delivery. I was promised the next day and challenged that promise as unrealistic. Still claimed the next day so that's what I told family where it would be delivered. Later email said 2 days. More realistic. 2 days later, it was finally processed to ship and told next week. Don't lie! Be honest and say a week so someone isn't sitting around waiting for a delivery that isn't coming. Wasn't going to risk a $2200 order just sitting at the door. The sales person has a script to follow so even though I called with a specific order, he has to keep repeating the order. I think he told me 7 or 8 times, what I was ordering. I was on phone close to an hour because phone wasn't working right and he was hard to hear. I finally got tired of all the repeating and the constant thank you for your patience that I threatened to cancel the order and call Colunbus. After the repeated delays, I won't ever order from them again. I kept saying that I had somewhere to be and just wanted my dimple order for one item completed. I had started with wanting some accessories but quickly realized that complicated things so I canceled and went back to just laptop.

  Bought an iphone from here. All I wanted to do was use my $500 in gift cards. There was a fraud block and the employee there told me to just use my credit card and they could just “cash out” the gift card—not true, complete BS. Not him or anyone else knew how to do that. So he clocked out, and everyone I asked there to do that for me looked completely clueless. Long hair glasses manager was just as clueless as the guy I was working with who wears the clear retainers. “Yeah Im not sure what happens after that.” Literally what he told me word for word 🤦🏻‍♂️ Not a single Genius at the Bar that day.

  Mannie is one of the best there is. Walked in was told someone would be with me shortly and not even 10 seconds later he comes and takes care of me in and out in 10 minutes
