- ERErica RohrbacherSep 19, 20261.0I am writing to report the poor customer service I received from an Apple Store employee named Ross. I repeatedly asked Ross for assistance, but instead of listening to my concerns or making an effort to help resolve the issue, he repeatedly told me to call AppleCare. I visited the Apple Store because I needed in-person assistance and expected the staff to at least evaluate the problem, explain my options, or direct me to someone in the store who could help. Ross’s dismissive response made me feel as though my concerns were an inconvenience. The lack of effort, communication, and basic customer care was disappointing and not what I expect from Apple. I would appreciate management reviewing this experience and addressing the way my request for assistance was handled.

- PBPamela BullockAug 27, 20265.0I was very happy with the service at this store to purchase a new phone and to get a battery replaced in another. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
- FMFar MiddleAug 22, 20261.0Bought a new phone and was having issues (iPhone to iPhone) with the transfer, went to store for help and they asked me “why didn’t you buy the phone from us instead of your carrier?” And refused to help me with the transfer. lol what a joke of a store and company.
- KCKathy ComstockAug 10, 20261.0I am having problems getting into my Gmail because of storage I asked for help, I was told I had to delete photos. My phone kept circling for over 1/2 hour. Raised my hand for help a couple of different people tried to help. Kept walking away telling me I could do it at home. I wanted to make sureI deleted enough to make sure this was the issue before I left. I think at least one person should be assigned to a person until an issue is resolved. Every person we had attacked the issue differently. This is not the apple service I am used to!
