  Ximena had excellent service she is a very Charming lady and I will make sure to always keep coming back and asking for her only because she really help me out today she was able to transfer all of my data over that had a lot of sentimental value from my brother who had just passed away and she was able to save every single text that meant something to me and every picture

  Store that doesn’t know about Cricket policies and misinform it’s people. Even after asking the same question from the sales person Daniela G, she confirmed that my payment plan of 5 would not change after adding the 6th one. Because of her mistake I paid twice more the amount as she promised it to be. She is stupid. One of the workers doesn’t inform the customer about the policy on leasing and misinform the terms on it. Didn’t tell me about the processes of it and screwed up my plan. All they did was waste my money and have awful company to work with for leasing. Charged the double amount of money on the phone I bought. Never lease with cricket and service is awful in general. I had to change my plan to better service company to be satisfied. Don’t choose cricket. It is a waste of money.
