- JUJody UlrichApr 22, 20261.0Be careful..they try to sell you a new phone and a new number. They get more $. This way. I love the cricket service but do not go to this store. They do not know what they are doing. My brother had insurance on his phone for 2 years. He went there to get a new phone..they told hi. It would be cheaper to get a new number and buy a new phone instead of using his insurance. Actually talked him into it. They sent him home with a phone that didnt work. They said it would take a few hours. A few days later he went back up there and said it wasnt working right and he wanted his old numer back. They chsrged him again. I went up there they lied and could not do anything to reimburse him. Oh did I mention they changed the plan from $133 a mo th to $230 a month an never told him. I found out and they did correct that..supposedly. aut payment came out Monday. Today, Wednesday all

Got to know this from the guy there that they were under the new management now and will have to say that they were very good and well prepared. Anyone who is nearby and looking for a cricket store, you should visit them. They are the best now!

The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly. The store feels more organized and customer-focused than ever. Huge improvement new management has truly transformed this location. Highly recommended!
