I took my teacup yorkie in yesterday 6/23 to get her 2nd round of shots and woke up this morning to my dog almost dead so I took her back and they basically acted like it was my fault.they ended up having to keep her for several hours to iv flush her thankfully she didnt die but they were so uncaring about the welfare of my dog.then tried to charge me 159.00 today to save her when they were the one who messed up.but at the end of visit I didn't pay them and they will never see my baby again so please be very careful if u take your furbabies they all they care about is money not your pet.thanks for reading

I had been a client of this veterinary office for approx. 10 years, and during that time I experienced consistently compassionate and attentive care. However, after the practice was acquired by VCA, I noticed a significant shift in the overall atmosphere—from warm and caring to more impersonal and corporate. During COVID, my dog was taken to the back for a shot, and after that visit, developed noticeable fear and anxiety. When I raised concerns about the change in my dog’s behavior, the responsibility was placed on me rather than addressed with understanding. Since transitioning to a new veterinarian, my dog has not exhibited behavioral issues in that setting, although he continues to struggle with lingering anxiety stemming from that vet experience.

Don't expect any assistance or sympathy without an appointment. I've been going through a living nightmare for the past 2 months with my dad in the hospital and moving into assisted living and everything related to those events. I even had to put his sick dog down, which ive never done before and was awful. I scheduled an appointment for my dad's cat because she is very important to my dad and she needs her shots to live in assisted living with him so im doing everything I can for him and his animal. I scheduled her an appointment and the office called my dad afterwards, not me, and they changed the appointment without telling me. I show up for the appointment I scheduled and explained the situation of why I needed this appointment I had scheduled and was turned away. It was 40 mins before they closed and they just reiterated that I didn't have an appointment. I explained my situation and they didn't care about the cat or my dad and I's situation. I find that ridiculous they couldn't assist us with just the basic vaccine shots for a cat given the situation. Will NEVER bring an animal here again.
