Had a TV delivery appointment scheduled for a week, got a text the night before to confirm. Got everything ready, moved the old tv out of the way. Waited all morning, no one showed up, no one called, nothing. After waiting over 30 min on the phone I found out the tv wasn’t available to be delivered and I needed to reschedule. Best Buy has lost my business I will use Amazon from now on.
I never write reviews but this was the Worst customer service ever! Had 4 people there all walking around and no one wanted to just answer a question on pricing! (Prices were not marked.)The guy was just standing there, looked at me like I was stupid and walked away. One person was just putting their cleaning products under the desk, another person was just looking at their computer, another guy was just simply uninterested in helping, they didn't offer to help until I said that I wasn't buying anything from this store! Hire people that actually care about helping people and doing their job!

I will NEVER be making another purchase from this store. My husband and I recently moved and our laundry room is much smaller than our previous house. Our previous washer and dryer did not fit so we decided to purchase a stackable unit to save space. We purchased an Electrolux washtower that was supposedly in excellent condition. I did a load of laundry the day of delivery (1 week after purchase) and the dryer not only didn’t work (no heat) but it sounded god awful when it was run. Went to the store, they said they didn’t need proof that the machine was broken, and immediately started an exchange. The second time around my husband and I decided to go with an LG wash tower. We asked if it could be tested in store and the employees informed us it could not. My husband tested the machine while the delivery men were there and the washer doesn’t work!!!!! The delivery men said my husband couldn’t decline the delivery. The delivery men called someone from customer service for my husband. Customer service only offered to have someone come out to repair it (after two broken machines, I don’t trust anyone they’d send to repair it) or 10% off a brand new system. ONLY 10% off when I’ve now had TWO broken machines delivered to me? That’s outrageous! I’m now going to have to utilize a friend’s machine for at least another week or two (I just predict I’ll get something broken even if it’s a new machine.) This store has lost my trust and I won’t be back. Also, if Best Buy doesn’t make this right and give me a more robust discount I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was very disappointed when I arrived and they told me the person I spoke with over the phone have me the wrong information. They said the call center didn't have accurate information and unfortunately mislead me. I wasted a 1 hour round trip drive😒
I bought a refrigerator and a washer and dryer, the representative explained to me that there was no warranty for the products but that I could purchase insurance. I paid for insurance. After a few months, the refrigerator malfunctioned, I contacted Best Buy, who referred me to Geek Squat, who referred me to the manufacturer...! Now they claim there is still a manufacturer's warranty.. In any case, my insurance is only valid from the moment the manufacturer's warranty ends..., that's called cheating. Why did they sell me insurance "because there is no warranty"? . And if I already paid for insurance, then why are you sending me to the manufacturer? After all, I paid you extra money... So you know that Best Buy's service is on the face. I recommend buying at Lowes. At least their service gives peace of mind.

This is much worse than I thought. You are a horrible company. I contact LG service and they ask me to pay for a technician, I find myself arguing with them that I paid insurance and that the refrigerator is new, but they claim that I have had it for two years... because it is a refrigerator that someone returned to the store. But Best Buy doesn't tell you that, they sell you a used product, and in addition they charge money for insurance, and I have to spend whole days on the phone between 3 customer service centers. Just to find someone to come and fix a refrigerator that has not worked for a whole week. Be aware of that.
