I hardly ever write reviews but our experience with this place has been beyond terrible. The fridge we bought from them wouldn’t stop leaking water which completely ruined our brand new floors (not to mention all the other damage they did while delivering it). They came out 4 times to try and fix it and did absolutely nothing. Then, when we finally get to select a replacement fridge, they make every excuse in the book not to deliver it! Today they said they couldn’t bring the fridge in because it’s raining! Like what! I used to deliver fridges in college and we never just made excuses when you’re already at someone’s home with the fridge. You just figure it out!! I’ve never dealt with anything like this in my life. It’s been over 3 months and we’re still dealing with this… 3 months! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Bought a 55 inch tcl smart with no stand no remote and no cord for 85$ with 15 day return. Couldn’t ask for a better deal. Yes some tvs are missing parts but they are all guaranteed. So nothing to complain about. Staff friendly and loads it for you

KitchenAid fridge leaked water from underneath after initial hookup, water all over floor. Someone came out and repaired it, they also got water all over the floor. Hooked it back up finally and went to dispense water from the fridge door, nothing came out. Water was pouring into my fridge and freezer on the inside, got everything soaked, floor wet again. That's 3 times my brand new kitchen floor has been soaked. And now I'm one day past the 60 day warranty, this happened today. Curious to see what they say when i call on Monday.
Another problem was they claimed it was a floor model, but there were crumbs in every drawer when it showed up and sauce packets. Handles are wobbly. Freezer door doesnt always close all the way, you have to slam it. Basically massive POS has been nothing but a headache for two months.
If you ever buy anything here I'd make sure you find every possible flaw within the warranty period. I'm probably gonna stayed screwed on this one unfortunately.
