- AWAlaina WinansMar 12, 20261.0I was due for an upgrade so I went in to look at phones because my phone is about to die. She wanted to charge me over $300 to upgrade to the same the phone that I saw on my cricket app for $199. She said that if I ordered online that they would charge me three months service plus the phone. So I left and called the number on my app and found out she lied!! I called today to ask if they had the latest Samsung phone in stock and was told no and she doesn't know when they'll get them and she wasn't very friendly about it either. That place has gone down hill with rude people that making up their own rules. Not sure if I'll just go somewhere else or switch companies completely. Never going back there though! I wish I could've given 0 stars!

So helpful if you have problems or questions about your phone, whenever I go into the store they always take the time to answer my questions and concerns. Have been with them for years and they are always very polite!
